However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, and we are committed to ensuring customer satisfaction.

No Returns on Custom Orders
Since each piece is custom-made to your specifications, all sales are final. We encourage customers to carefully review their order details before purchase.

2. Exceptions for Extenuating Circumstances
In rare cases, we may consider a return or exchange under the following conditions:

The item arrives damaged or defective due to shipping or craftsmanship errors.

There is a significant discrepancy between the final product and your original order.

Other extenuating circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

To request a return under these circumstances, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the situation and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or partial refund.
